Painted en plein air. This beautiful vista overlooks a beautiful valley in the Washington hills. I loved how the evening sun lit up the trees. This definitely caught my artist eye! I enjoyed painting the cattle in the pasture below. I definitely challenged myself to complete this large of a painting alla prima. But, I was excited with how it turned out.
