"Panic Attack"

After the 911 attack on New York city. We invaded Afghanistan and Iraq. The cost in lives in both countries and the U.S. and the cost financially far exceeded the damage from the initial attack. All due to the American knee jerk, not thought out response. It was as of a panic attack.
