This is oil on linen. I loved how the bright green of the grass looked next to the bright blue of the building. I think there is a lot of beauty found in run-down things and I hate to see the personality stripped from our towns and cities by tearing down old buildings and replacing them with buildings that all look alike. This warehouse was recently painted beige and then it was torn down.
