Oil on canvas panel. Studio work using references from the field. My inspiration is country living and reminiscing my days growing up on a Texas farm. We had Hereford and Angus cattle. I always looked forward to the time of year these adorable baby calves started appearing. The lighting as always inspires my design of any subject I choose to paint.
