Painted in oil, this one was all about the atmosphere of the living ,breathing fog of the California coast. The light plays through it as different parts of the landscape are revealed. It's fleeting so it's all about capturing it as the sun starts to break through and provides color but while the fog still cloaks some of the details in mystery.
